Service was great for the first job I hired them for. But they are quite aggressive with their sales team, and the quotes are inconsistent. They quoted me about $2300-2500 to pigtail my entire house originally, but when I added my garage (about 1/4 the wires to change as the house) the project went to $5,000. I couldn’t justify the cost after that. I had explained this a lady who contacted me about the quote, and she was polite and professional. About 2 weeks later, I started to recieve quote reminders again, and Paul phoned trying to get me to book.
They’re friendly and the work they do is great, but I don’t approve of the pushy sale tactics, or how they determine the quotes.
